Chickpeas Salad/Salad Kacang Arab
Need an easy supper, quick, healthy, and rich in protein? Chickpeas salad is one of the best solutions;

Ingredients:

  1. 1.5 cups cook/cans chickpeas

  2. 1 can sweet corn

  3. 1 lemon

  4. 1 onion

  5. 6-7 stalks parsley leaves

  6. 2 carrots

  7. 1 tsp salt

  8. 4 tbsp olives oil

Instructions:

# Prepare the bowl big enough to mix the ingredients. Wash, and peel the onion, carrots. For the onion, dice it, and grate for carrots. And wash and cut the parsley leaves.
