Tehran, SAEDNEWS: The Supreme Leader in his order refers to Brigadier General Vahedi’s commitment and competence, as well as the Islamic Republic of Iran army commander’s proposal on Vahedi’s qualification for the sensitive task.
Ayatollah Khamenei has in the order stressed the need for maintaining combat readiness of the Army Air Force for giving intelligent response to threats of any possible kind from the air space of the Islamic Republic of Iran; further growth of the force’s expert human resources with an approach to construct a science-based Air Force to match the prestige of the Islamic system, and the capabilities of the Air Force affiliated sections in the armed forces and the administrative apparatus.
The Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces Ayatollah Khamenei, meanwhile, appreciated “the precious services” of the former Air Force Commander Brigadier General Aziz Nasirzadeh during his tenure and prayed to Almighty Allah for the success and wellbeing of the entire armed forces.
