Baku, SAEDNEWS, Oct. 28: Armenia targets civilians in Azerbaijan. Latest attack of Armenian air forces to Azerbaijan left 21 innocent civilians dead including a 4 year old girl! Three ceasfire plans have been born dead due to the immediate violation of the ceasefire by Armenian forces targeting Azerbaijan forces. Armenia's attack to Barda has targeted the city center where the people are commuting everyday for doing their daily works including buying and shopping. This attack violates all international laws. Armenia is under heavy sanctions by United Nations due to occupation of part of Azerbaijan's land known as Karabagh. Now Azerbaijan has decided to retake the land and reach its own territorial integrity.
