Ghaznavi Bridge: Iran, Golestan, Azadshahr
Iranian architects are known to be one of the most sophisticated minds in the area of architectural design due to their creations. There are numerous spectacular architectural sites that survived the historical developments of the country. Among these sites, we can specifically refer to bridges.

Ghaznavi Bridge is located in a village with the same name in Azadshahr’s Cheshmehsaran Division, one of the historical attractions of this city. The residents of Ghaznavi have immigrated to this village in 1910 and built it from the scratch. The Bridge’s structure is located along the river and green nature of its environs is a beautiful environment for recording the best memories of a trip to Azadshahr. The other historical monument is located near Ghaznavi Bridge and its name is “Qizil Kalah” [Golden Castle] that is placed in Kashidar Village. This castle is of defense application and has been constructed over the heights of the village.
