If you are interested in seeing the historical architectural works, put Hajj Raeis Complex in your agenda. This building is a complex consisted of five buildings that were constructed in middle Qajar era by a renowned merchant called Hajj Abd Al Rasul Talibi better known as Hajj Raeis and it is still one of the significant sites of this city. The spatial situation of this building due to conduction of commercial transactions and entrance and exit of commercial goods from the ships was chosen to be closer to the sea and its distance to the sea is just 6 meters. In fact, part of this great complex had been the residence place of the owner while the other part was allocated to his secretaries who worked for him.
Following the overall pattern of the old texture of Bushehr, the materials used in construction are coral stones and plaster and on the ceiling is made of sandalwood and rush-mat. In construction of doors and windows, the wood of teak is used as a product of African countries.
Numerous doors and windows of this mansion had been for the sake of its cooling in summer. On the southwestern part of this complex, there was a building related to it called Seh-Konjeh (three-cornered mansion), where the ceremonies of mourning and different ritualistic religious ceremonies were arranged there.
