Tehran, SAEDNEWS, Dec. 29: Mohammad Baqer Ghalibaf, the parliament's Speaker, stated in an open session: "Unfortunately, so far, the strategy of supporting the production was a shot in the dark."
He added: "We must reduce the dependence of the country's economy on oil."
"Efforts should be made to eliminate discrimination and reduce the class gap and to pay attention to reducing the Gini coefficient, and to increase salaries slowly in favour of lower wages," Qalibaf said
The Speaker also referred to martyr Lt. Gen. Qasem Soleimani, saying Hajj Qasem considers intelligent leadership as one of the main reasons for the victory of nations, and in this regard, his belief in following the Leader of the Islamic Revolution has been one of his main strategies.
Mohammad Baqer Ghalibaf, while condoling the anniversary of the martyrdom of Lt. Gen. Qasem Soleimani, added: "Regarding his characteristics, it should be said that Hajj Qasem was like a transparent mirror and had completely dedicated himself to God."
"Haj Qasem was completely in the service of God," he added.
"The life of Soleimani is the most obvious symbol of sacrifice for human ideals," he said.
He added that martyr Soleimani was a comprehensive personality with different characteristics, but if we want to name only one characteristic for Hajj Qasem that includes all his prominent characteristics, his pure and practice and belief in the Leader of the Revolution and obedience to him (Source: IranPress).
