Cucumber is a fantastic vegetable! It smells nice and when you eat cucumber your mouth is filled with a magic smell. Cucumber is used in almost all Iranian salads. Even in pickle form it is present in for example, Olivier salad. Now you are introduced into an Iranian salad whose main ingredient is cucumber.

Cucumber salad is simple and despite its simplicity, this salad is so healthy and keeps the body fresh. Vegans would love it much. Cucumber along with diced onions and fantastic mint. Salad is unforgettable and if it goes absent in a table there would be no way to replace it. Let's know how to prepare the cucumber salad a la Iranians:

# Simply cut cucumbers and onions up, and toss together.

# Small chop the mint and add it to the mixture.

# Cover and place the mixture in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.

# Sprinkle the cucumber salad with sumac and take a giant bite of pickled goodness.
