"Mr. President; The 760-km shared border of Iran and Azerbaijan will ever remain the border of friendship, peace and security for the two neighbors' people without the presence and interference of ill-wishers," Iran's ambassador to Baku Seyyed Abbas Mousavi tweeted in return.
"Iranians are happy with the happiness of their Muslim brothers and sisters of Azerbaijan," the ambassador noted.
Earlier, the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the Republic of Azerbaijan condemned the missile attack on the city of Ganja and the killing and wounding of a number of civilians (Source: IranPress).
