Damascus, SAEDNEWS: Upon arrival the foreign minister was welcomed by his Syrian counterpart Faisal Mekdad. Before Damascus, Amirabdollahian visited Moscow and Beirut and held talks with Russian and Lebanese officials on various international and bilateral issues.
On a Twitter post on Thursday, Amirabdollahian said he has had "excellent talks" in Moscow.
Also in Beirut, Amirabdollahian expressed the Islamic Republic of Iran's strong support for Lebanon (Source: IRNA).
