Moscow, SAEDNEWS: Major General Baqeri arrived in Moscow at the official invitation of the Russian Defense Minister General Sergei Shoigu. Several senior Iranian and Russian officials welcomed Major General Baqeri at Moscow's Vnukovo International Airport.
Major General Baqeri is scheduled to discuss and exchange views with the Russian officials on the development of cooperation and joint defense and military relations, the fight against terrorism, and investigating regional and international changes.
Strengthening the defense and military capabilities in line with the two countries' interactions for synergy and cooperation in various fields has been announced as another goal of the trip (Source: IRNA).
