In the nature of Ilam Province, Kabir Kuh (Great Mount) is a fabulous phenomenon. In this mountain, there are different types of species of animals and plants and this adds to the importance of this mountain. This famous chain mountain is of 160 kilometers long and stretches from northwest to southeast Ilam. The highest mountain in this area is Varzin with a height of 3 thousand and 62 meters above the sea level. Kabir Kuh region is of 20 thousand acres protected jungle region.
