Kerman Museum of Traditional Instruments
Iran's traditional music is of numerous branches each one of which is represented by certain series of instruments. Musical instruments are made by hand and they are prepared in magnificent forms. Kerman Museum of Traditional Instruments provide an exceptional collection of these instruments.

Kerman Museum of Traditional Instruments kicked off in 2002 where such traditional instruments as Ghaychak, Santoor, Ghanoon, Robab and Oud made by great masters like Yahya Nariman are presented. Kerman Museum of Traditional Instruments struggles to let the visitors to become familiar with the ethnic musical instruments and traditional instruments of Iran and neighbors of Iran whose music has many share qualities with Iranian music.

There are 250 musical instruments in this museum arranged in three divisions of instruments endowed by Master Hossein Masud the founder of Instrument Museum, personal collection of Mr. Tawhidi that is the result of many years of research while another collection belongs to Keyvan Pahlavan in three parts of national instruments, local instruments and international instruments.
