The Leader wrote on his Instagram account, khamenei_ir, that: "Officials are duty-bound to address the problems of Khuzestan."
"If one cares about the welfare of people, he can not be indifferent with the difficulties and problems facing people in this southern province, so, this is the perpetual and immediate duty of all governments that should be thinking of solving people’s problems," Ayatollah Khamenei said on Wednesday.
