Nowruz: Celebration of the Arrival of Spring in Persia

In Persia, people celebrate the coming of Spring and the beginning of new solar year on 20th March. It is called Eid-e Nowruz. Nowruz literally means "New Day" but in essence it is referring to the "Ruzgar" which in Persian implies "Times".
