Persons with Disabilities among the Hardest Hit People with COVID-19, Antonio Guterres Says

International Day of Persons with Disabilities 2020 is overshadowed by the coronavirus pandemic. Antonio Guterres insists on the necessity of the international awareness of the hard hit suffered by the persons with disabilities during the outbreak. He believes that persons with disabilities have valuable experiences to share of the isolation.
