Tehran, SAEDNEWS: Kazem Gharibabadi in his tweet referred to the meeting he had with the Iraqi minister of justice. During a meeting with the Iraqi Minister of Justice, Salar Abdul Sattar Mohammed, Gharibabadi stressed that the perpetrators of the assassination of Qasem Soleimani should be identified and brought to justice as soon as possible.
"In a meeting with the Iraqi Minister of Justice, I emphasized the need to expedite the identification and trial of the perpetrators of the assassination of Martyr Soleimani and his associates, and to convene the first meeting of the Joint Investigation Committee as soon as possible," he wrote in the Twitter message.
Gharibabadi added: "We also discussed bilateral legal and judicial interactions and human rights and the need to address the problems of nationals."
Previously, Kazem Gharibabadi served as Iran's Ambassador to the Vienna-based international organizations and has recently been appointed Secretary of Iran's Human Rights Headquarters at the end of his term.
